Porta Soprana Description
On the west side of Piazza Dante in Genoa is the Gothic Porta Soprana or Porta di Sant'Andrea, the southeast town gate (1155). The little house in front of it to the right is known as the Casa di Colombo (Columbus's House), in which Columbus spent his childhood.
