Aquarium

(Local Name: Genoa - Acquario) The eastern part of the old harbor was converted into a leisure, exhibition and congress center for the Columbus celebrations in 1992. The buildings include the "Grande Bigo", a 60m/200ft construction, and the Aquarium (Acquario di Genova), with marine animals of all kinds in a largely natural environment.
