(Local Name: Quartier Saint-Gervais) South of the railroad station, extending towards Lac Léman, is Geneva's old watchmaking quarter of Saint-Gervais, in the midst of which is the Temple of Saint-Gervais; the present church (Protestant) dates from the 15th C. (tower 1435).
