Coussac-Bonneval, France Tourism

This little town - Coussac-Bonneval - (pop. 1,600), in a beautiful setting, has a fine 14th C. castle (altered in the 18th and 19th C.). It contains a collection of exhibits telling the extraordinary story of Achmet Pasha, born in 1675 as the son of the seigneur of Bonneval, who went to Constantinople, became a pasha and died there.
