Polk Museum began in 1966, currently housing nine galleries on two floors, including an outdoor sculpture garden and a permanent gallery that is home to an extensive Pre-columbian art collection.
The permanent collection includes contemporary American art, European decorative arts, and Asian art. Polk Museum also offers lunchtime lectures, classes, family workshops, and guided tours.
