Flagstaff - The Arboretum at Flagstaff
The Arboretum at Flagstaff occupies 200 acres of pine forest at an elevation of 7,150 feet. It was originally the year-round home of Frances McAllister and a working ranch which wad donated to become the grounds and formal gardens. Weekly bird walks have recorded over 100 species of birds, many use the Arboretum grounds for breeding. Live birds of prey programs are offered every weekend.
