Carl Larsson's house in Sundborn, preserved as it was in his lifetime, is now a museum (conducted visits from May to September). The interior of the house, depicted in a series of watercolors as the "House in the Sun", provided a model which was followed by many Swedes and attracted interest in other countries as well.
