Ipswich, a busy country town, is situated on the Orwell estuary. It is one of the oldest towns in England and was at one time a busy port and trading center. Ipswich is home to many artists and galleries such as the Christchurch Mansion, the Gallery in Electric House and the Town Hall.
In honor of the 390th Bomb Group, this museum includes a number of photographs, documents and uniforms. The first aircraft to be included in the collection is a Douglas DC-3.

Easton is located northeast of Ipswich, near the edge of the Suffolk Coast. Easton Farm Park is set in the scenic Deben River Valley. The property features a working blacksmith's forge, dairy center, trails, farm animals and an adventure playground.
