Accrington, a former mill town, is located 20mi/32km north of Manchester. A highlight of the town is the Haworth Art Gallery featuring a collection of Tiffany glassware.
The Haworth Art Gallery in Accrington features 130 pieces from the workshop of Louis Comfort Tiffany. Housed in the home of Anne and William Haworth the extravagant and opulent glass collection is set amidst a finely crafted Edwardian interior. The collection includes examples of many of the most celebrated Tiffany pieces.

Oswaldtwistle Mills began with single roomed weavers' cottages. By the early 1800's, hundreds of workers would stream into what is now the Weavers' Court. Today it is a renovated shopping complex with a nearby nature trail and landscaped gardens.
