Newe Zohar

8km/5mi south of En Boqeq, on the Dead Sea, is Newe Zohar, with several hot mineral springs. This is also a much frequented spa, with a lakeside restaurant and a petrol station. The Bet Hayozer Museum has informative displays on the characteristics and the economic value of the Dead Sea.
