Description
The Northeastern Nevada Museum is located in Elko and has a particular focus on preserving the Northeastern Nevada heritage. The museum is housed in a uniquely designed white colored building and is one of Elko's finest public buildings. The museum has several permanent collections; one that should not be missed is the Wanamaker Wildlife Wing consisting of over 200 wildlife mounts.
