The Provincial Museum of Alberta has four main departments providing information about the varying topography and the fauna, geology and paleontology of the province. Particularly impressive in the Natural History Gallery are the life-size models of dinosaurs once found in Alberta. In the cultural history departments the culture and lives of the Indians, fur-traders, trappers and early settlers are all vividly displayed.
