Hoodoo Drive
A charming tour takes in the 60 km (37 mi.) long Hoodoo Drive and starts from Drumheller on Highway 10 to the east. After about 10 km (6 mi.) the route passes the Rosedale Swinging Suspension Bridge, originally built by the workers of the Old Star Coal Mine and which leads across to a now unused coal-mine.
18 km (11 mi.) southeast of Drumheller is the start of the Hoodoo Drive. This is an in and out drive rather than a loop, but it offers great views of hoodoos, sandstone rock pillars in strange, gravity defying shapes.
