Description
Historic Butler House was built in 1923 and is constructed of hollow tile, and the interior walls are plaster on lath. The moldings around the ceiling in the living room are plaster. The roof is Spanish tile.

All the furnishings are original except the dining room table, it was replaced after the first one was used to board up the west dining room window during the 1928 hurricane.
