Palekhori, Cyprus Tourism

This is a pleasant village lying in wooded hills. It was owned by the Knights Templar from 1297 and then passed to the noble Venetian Ibelin family. The main sites of interest are the churches; Panayia Khrysopantanissa dates from the 16th century but has been extensively modernized. It has some 17th century paintings, possibly by Philip Goul, a
