Corfu - Citadel

From the east side of the Spianada, a bridge leads over a ditch (the "contrafossa") to the Citadel, situated on a small island, with its dilapidated walls climbing up the slopes of a steep-sided double hill (70m/230ft; lighthouse). Son et lumière shows are given here in summer.
