Cordoba - Palacio de los Marqueses de Viana

The Palacio de los Marqueses de Viana in Cordoba is a princely residence with fourteen beautiful patios now houses a collection of leatherwork, fine furniture and an exhibition on falconry.

The entrance to the garden is an ornate stone pedimented gateway surmounted by the arms of the Viana family. The garden enclosed splashing fountains, formal parterres, profusion of pots, cool pebbled floors and elegant arcades. The rubber tree, bougainvillea, agaves, arum lilies, orange flowered clivia miniata, sweet jasmine, oleanders, date palms, orange and lemon trees are used in different settings.
