Copenhagen - Alexander Nevski Church

(Local Name: Alexander Newski Kirke) By following Bredgade from the Marble Church in a northerly direction the visitor will come to the Russian Alexander Nevski Church, with its three gilded domes, and to St Ansgar's Church, the oldest Roman Catholic church in Copenhagen. On the exterior, note the beautiful sculpture of St Ansgar and those of saints above the main door.
