William Zane Cozens came to Grand County in 1874 where he and his family ranched, set up a post office and ran the stagestop in the Fraser Valley. Cozens Ranch House features photographs of the Cozens family, original wallpaper and carpet pieces as well as family and antique items.

Hot Sulphur Springs is one of the oldest natural hot mineral springs resort and spa. The Ute Indians once bathed, healed mind, body, and spirit in the sacred waters. There are also indoor and outdoor pools.
Housed in the original 1924 schoolhouse, the Pioneer Village Complex features tools, clothing and artifacts including the notable 8,500 year old artifacts of Windy Gap.
