Brighton Attractions
Brighton was incorporated in 1887 and is the seat of Adams County. Located north of Denver, Brighton has a growing population and a small town atmosphere.
The Adams County Museum in Brighton is located at the county fairgrounds outside of Brighton. The numerous exhibits highlight the history of the area including Native Americans, early settlers, pre-historic discoveries and replicas of a blacksmith shop, school and barber shop.

Riverdale Golf Course is an 18-hole public course near Brighton. Designed as a Scottish style links course, Riverdale has pot bunkers, mounds, water and the trademark railroad ties.
