Cologne - Museum of East Asian Art

(Local Name: Museum für Ostasiatische Kunst) On the west side of the Cologne's central area, at Universitätsstrasse 100, is the Museum of East Asian Art, designed by the Japanese architect Kunio Mayekawa and opened in 1977. Only part of the collection, which covers Chinese, Korean and Japanese art, can be shown at any one time. Beautiful Japanese garden.
