Description
The Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art is a one-story building in the heart of Chicago's Ukrainian village built in 1971 to showcase artworks by artists of Ukrainian descent. The main gallery features 5 to 6 temporary exhibits each year. The three side galleries house a permanent collection including Chicago artists as well as sculptors and painters of Ukrainian descent.
