Chiaramonte Gulfi - Chiesa Madre

The Chiesa Madre in Chiaramonte Gulfi is a columned basilica with three aisles, which has been added to from 1536 up to the 18th century. The long construction period is evident in the facade. Its lower storys belong to the 16th century, as do the flat pilasters, while the tower-like bell story dates from the Baroque period.
