Description
The Nevada State Capital Building is located in Carson City and is one of the city's principle public buildings. Constructed in 1870, the building has a long and storied history including being the 2nd oldest capitol building west of the Mississippi River. The Nevada State Capital Building is located near the Legislative Building, Supreme Court, and the State Library and Archives in downtown Carson City.
