At the western end of the Millstätter See lies Seeboden (618m/2,028ft), a spa offering the Kneipp treatment, with a spa park and tennis courts. A walk to the Sommeregg ruins will prove enjoyable. From Seeboden there is a narrow road north (10km/6mi) to the Hansbaueralm (1,718m/5,637ft), with the lower station of a chairlift to the Tschiernock.
