Dollach Description
The chief place in the Grosskirchheim district of the Möll Valley is Döllach (1,024m/3,360ft; pop. 1,800), 10km/6mi southeast of Heiligenblut. In the 15th and 16th C. it was a silver and gold mining center, and there is now an interesting local and mining museum in Schloss Grosskirchheim. There are a number of waterfalls near here, including one at the mouth of the Zirknitz valley and the 130m/425ft high Jungfernsprung at Pockhorn, to the north.
