Cannes - Surroundings

In the western part of the Golfe de la Napoule lies the resort of Théoule-sur-mer, which has an 18th C. soap-works by the sea, remodelled into a manor house, and a harbor which dates from the 17th C. The slopes are lined with tiers of apartments in old Sardinian style; in the vivinity of the yacht harbors Port de la Rague and Port de la Galère to the south lies the Pointe de l'Aiguille, above which the settlement of Théoule-Supérieur is highly regarded as a place at which to spend holidays.
