Sackville Attractions
Sackville is located five minutes from the Nova Scotia border, on the Tantramar Marshes. The town has several galleries and theatres offering live plays and a wide variety of recreational activities.
The marsh land provides wonderful habitat for birds and consequently is a good spot for bird watching. Visitors may want to check out the Sackville Waterfowl Park.

Boultenhouse Heritage Centre
Boultenhouse Heritage Centre in Sackville is housed in a Greek Revival style mansion built by shipwright Christopher Boultenhouse in 1840. The Heritage Centre has exhibits that highlight the shipbuilding era, industrial opportunities such as foundries and leather goods, as well life for early settlers.
Campbell Carriage Factory Museum
The Campbell Carriage Factory Museum at Sackville was originally a tannery that began in the late 1830s. The facility was converted to a carriage factory in the middle of the 19th Century. The museum houses over 6,000 artifacts related to horse-drawn vehicles, agricultural equipment and caskets.

Owens Art Gallery
Owens Art Gallery is Sackville is located on the Mount Allison University campus with a permanent collection of over 3,000 works. The gallery, established in 1895, features regional, national and international artists. Exhibitions range from contemporary to historical art.
