The County of Grey and Owen Sound Museum, housed in three galleries and five restored old buildings, is the local history museum providing a survey of events from 1815 to 1920.
This well-kept park (46ha (114ac) is especially worth visiting in spring for the blossom and in the autumn "Indian Summer". There are picnic areas, campsites, and waterfalls.
