The Niagara Escarpment is one of the largest natural features in Ontario, winding its way from Niagara Falls to the Bruce Peninsula. A hiking trail runs almost its full 800 km.
Bruce Trail
The breathtakingly beautiful Bruce Trail leads up along the Niagara Escarpment, with its great views, and is the main trail in a whole network of paths, opening up one of Ontario's finest areas for hiking and walking.
The Bruce Trail stretches for 800 kilometers with numerous other side trails connecting. It can be accessed from various locations for short or long distance hikes.

Niagara - Queenston Heights
Queenston Heights are part of the Niagara escarpment where the falls once plunged into the river. Nowadays there is a park with a view over the river, with a statue in the middle to General Sir Isaac Brock, a hero of the 1812 war.
