Baldwin is a small town a little over an hour north of Toronto and about a half hour drive from the towns of Aurora and Newmarket. Although there is little here to attract visitors, if you are passing through the area (perhaps on your way to Kawartha Lakes, Beaverton, or Orillia) one of the highlights is the Butterflies and Bloom Butterfly Conservatory.
Over 30 species of butterflies and moths can be observed in the indoor and outdoor gardens. Visitors can feel the butterflies land on the them or watch them move from flower to flower. Butterflies & Blooms is part of the Blue Willow Garden and Landscape Design Centre.
