Burbank (pop. 93,643) is located north of Los Angeles just off the Ventura Freeway. A number of studios including Warner Brothers, Universal, Disney and NBC are located here.
Burbank is also the site of Woodbury University which was established in 1884 by F. C. Woodbury.
The NBC Studio Tour in Burbank offers a 70 minute walking tour of their broadcast complex. The tour features a behind the scene's look at The Tonight Show which is taped on the lot.

The Warner Brothers Studio Tour gives visitors a look at the real working studios where films and television shows are produced. Tours take two hours and fifteen minutes.
