Buda Upland - Three Frontier Hill

(Local Name: Hármashatár-hegy) Three Frontier Hill (Hármashatár-hegy; 497m (1631ft) rises to the north within the boundary of Budapest. From its almost bare summit there is a fine view of Óbuda.

Below the top of the hill to the northeast can be seen the strangely-shaped Guckler Rock (Guckler-szikla).

2km (1 1/4mi.) northwest of Three Frontier Hill rises Csúcs-hegy (445m (1460ft)), from which there is a beautiful view.

Below to the south in charming Paul's Valley is a stalactitic cave (Pálvögyi cseppkobarlang) which is well worth visiting.
