The Fragile Desert allows visitors to watch these animals and learn the secrets to survival in this harsh environment. The Fragile Rain Forest allows visitors to find out about animal life in the forest. The Fragile Hunters is an outdoor exhibit where the big cats can be observed.

Seven Seas is home to marine mammals at the Brookfield Zoo. Daily shows of dolphins highlight some dolphin natural behaviors and show visitors how humans impact their ocean homes. Some of the marine mammals include bottlenose dolphins, California sea lions, Northern fur seals, harbor seals, and Pacific walruses.

Three rain forest regions are featured in Tropic World at the Brookfield Zoo - Asia, Africa and South America. Primates, birds, and plants are all around the largest indoor animal exhibits in the world.
