Description
The River Mountain Hiking Trail is located off Highway 93 just outside Boulder City. The trail runs for 8.8km / 5.5mi between the Red and Black Mountains. The trail was built in the early 1950's by the Civilian Conservation Corps and is maintained today by the Boulder City Parks and Recreation Department.
