La Louvière - Boat Trips

One of the best ways of seeing the locks in operation is by taking a boat trip on the canal (from Bracquenies, Rue Noulet). If a more leisurely kind of canal excursion is preferred, there are also rides aboard an old horse-drawn barge (from the "Cantine italien").
