Berne - Kirchenfeld bridge

From the south side of Berne's old town the Kirchenfeld bridge, a two-arched iron bridge built 1882-83, crosses the Aare to the residential district of Kirchenfeld, the central feature of which is Helvetiaplatz, a large square around the Telegraph Union Monument (1922) and surrounded by museums.
