Berne - French Church

(Local Name: Französische Kirche) Behind the Kornhaus is Berne's French church (Französische Kirche), originally a Dominician foundation (13th C.), has frescoes by the Berne "Master of the Carnation". In the northwest corner of Kornhausplatz, at the end of the iron bridge called the Kornhausbrücke, is the Municipal Theater (Stadttheater, 1903).
