Friedrichstadt Passages

Adjoining the Französische Strasse (French Street) U-Bahn station, the scene is dominated first by the glass-fronted former Soviet Science and Culture Building and, opposite, the Friedrichstadt Passages complex, extending over three blocks and not yet completed. This complex is to be completely rebuilt, as is the square opposite.
