Basel - Dominician Church

(Local Name: Predigerkirche) At the foot of Petersgraben in Basle, which runs down to the Rhine from Petersplatz, is the Predigerkirche (Dominician church), a long building of the 14th-15th C. with a graceful roof turret. Opposite is the house in which the poet Johann Peter Hebel (1760-1826) was born (plaque).
