The City of Charles Sturt (formerly the cities of Hindmarsh Woodville and Henley and Grange) features the Charles Sturt Memorial Museum, at the corner of Jetty Street and Nepean Drive. This historic brick house with an attractive interior was the home of Charles Sturt, who explored the course of the Murray River in a whaler.
