Auckland - Parnell
To the east of the city center, extending to Hobson Bay, is the old district of Parnell. It retains many Victorian buildings, which in recent years have been lovingly restored. Tourists fill the nostalgic old shops (in particular craft shops) and restaurants along Parnell Road.
