The Arizona Folklore & Folkmusic Preserve is located near Sierra Vista by the Huachuca Mountains. It is run by Arizona State Balladeer Dolan Ellis, who makes 90 minute presentations of music and pictures to groups of up to 30 persons one weekend per month. Other artists entertain on the remaining weekends.

This site was named for a nearby natural feature, Murray Springs, a desert spring. It was discovered in 1966 and offers a glimpse into life in the late Ice Age and the mysterious extinction of some of the large mammal species. The Murray Springs Interpretive Trail has 10 exhibits on life during the late Ice Age.
Our Lady of the Sierras Shrine is located on a hill in the Huachuca Mountains. Visitors are welcomed by a 75 foot Celtic Cross and a large angel with open arms. The chapel was built with river rock from Ash Canyon and features religious art, a Spanish cross, and original hand-hued wood beams.

The Cove in Sierra Vista is an indoor water park that provides a "day at the beach" with a wave pool, water play area for children under 5, warm therapy pool and tube slides. Visitors to the Cove can also enjoy the outdoor sunning patio.
