Munds Mountain Wilderness

Munds Mountain Wilderness is a part of the Coconino National Forest, just east of Sedona. There are many of the red rock formations typical of the area, and elevations ranging from 3,600 feet to 6,800 feet.

Red Rock / Secret Mountain Wilderness

Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness is located in the Coconino National Forest, 20 miles south of Flagstaff. Wildlife in the area include elk, mule and white tail deer, javelina, coyote, rabbit, mountain lion, and bear.

Devil's Bridge

Devil's Bridge in the Red Rock / Secret Mountain Wilderness has dramatic views of the surrounding area. The bridge is a 1.8 mile roundtrip hike from the trailhead.

Vultee Arch

Vultee Arch, in the Red Rock/Secret Mountain Wilderness, commemorates aircraft designer Gerard Vultee and his wife Sylvia, who died in a nearby plane crash in 1938.

Sycamore Wilderness

Sycamore Wilderness is a huge 55,937-acre area, part of three of Arizona's six national forests: Prescott, Kaibab and Coconino. The canyon formations cut through the Mogollon Rim at the southern edge of the Colorado Plateau.
