Description
The twin-towered Stiftskirche (collegiate church of SS Philip and James) in Altötting is a hall-church, built about 1500. It contains the grave slab of the Frankish King Carloman (d. 880).

At the southeast corner of the cloister is the Tilly Chapel or St Peter's Chapel, with a vault containing the remains of General Count Tilly (d. 1632).
