(Local Name: Musée de la Communication en Alsace) The castle (1539) of the Counts and later Dukes of Woerttemberg-Måmpelgard (Montbéliard) now houses a Postal Museum. Beyond it is the Obertor (Upper Gate), with portcullises, machicolations and loopholes. On the fountain are the arms of the Dukes of Woerttemberg- Måmpelgard.
