Palais de la Berbie Description
In Albi, to the north of the Cathedral, standing above the Tarn, is the Albi Palais de la Berbie (from a Romance word bisbia, "bishop"), another fortress-like structure built in the 13th and 14th centuries. Originally the archbishop's palace, it now houses the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum.

These restored gardens feature some elaborate scrollwork of dwarf box and summer bedding plants.
