A chairlift, 1,268 m/ 4,160ft long, ascends in 8.5minutes to the Tschentenalp, on the east side of the Schwanfeldspitz (2,029 m/6,657ft: restaurant), from which there are magnificent views of the Lohner and Wildstrubel. A road runs 3.5km/ 2mi west up the Allenbach valley to the Schermtanne inn.
