Adelboden - climbs

Some good climbs in Adelboden are:

Via Hahnenmoos up the Laveygrat (2,254 m/7,395ft: 3.5 hours, not particularly difficult); via Schermtanne up the Albristhorn (2,765 m/9,072ft: 5.5 hours, for experienced climbers only); from the Engstligenalp in 5.5-6 hours, with guide, up the Wildstrubel (the east peak, Grosstrubel, 3,253 m/ 10,673ft), with magnificent views (west peak climbed from Lenk in the Simmental); from the Engstligenalp by way of the Engstligenrat to the Gemmi pass (four-five hours, with guide)
